Torrence Hatch is no longer facing life in prison, don’t clap too quick, Boosie still got a sentence for nonrelated drug charges!!! (But y’all keep in mind time served, we’ll be seeing him sooner than we think)

Accused of ordering primary witness Michael ‘Marlo Mike’ Louding to murder Terry Boyd, 35-year-old Boyd was shot to death in his home in Baton Rouge in October 2009. Loudly chanting “Boosie, Boosie, Boosie”, nothing but support as roars leave the courtroom on the verdict.

Jamie Lynne Grumet, 26, startled us with her “attachment parenting” technique though Time Magazine’s story.

“People have to realize this is biologically normal,” she said, adding, “The more people see it, the more it’ll become normal in our culture. That’s what I’m hoping. I want people to see it.”

I don’t believe as a society we have a right to deem what is right and what is wrong, personally. I can see the distastefulness in the picture displayed for the topic, but it’s not giving or depicting anything such as child pornography or abuse.

When I write, I base it off of my ability to broadcast and convey words to a viewer. So the picture painted essentially is not to like, dislike, or start chaos and confusion, in my opinion….It’s a story…The fact that a woman’s body produces milk, her body, her kids, not my problem. Now if Time Magazine did an article on “Bonqueesha” who was on Government assistance for her 8 kids, using Similac…we would have an issue with that as well…

It’s really her business how she raises her kids as long as she’s not one using MY HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS TO TAKE CARE OF HERS! I may not agree with the latching of his toddler ass on a breast (looking like he can make me a sandwich), but I don’t think this is something you can relay as sexually disturbing for a child…they are only taught what we teach them….Remember that!!!

A REALB MOMENT: WALK THAT WALK!!!

A highschool peer made a post on Facebook, and I’m tickled fancy. She is a beautiful, established, young, black single woman who has everything going for herself. First impressions are not only lasting ones, messin’ with Ms. Walker you better have your own, this woman’s no joke when it comes to being a woman who knows her worth, and what she DOESN’T want to put up with!!!!
Her post starts of with this question: “Ok ladies answer me this: was I wrong??
I went to dinner with a guy tonight & his card declined. He only had $20 cash, so I paid for it. I asked him for my money back & he thought I was joking. As I sat there I’m thinking, “This is so crazy & he actually think this is cool”. My food was already boxed up so I told him I’ll be waiting in the car because he was waiting for a to-go box as well… I get to my car & I dipped out on him!! Keep in mind he lives about 45 – 50 minutes away too! As Dorrough would say: “WALK THAT WALK, WALK THAT WALK, WALK THAT WALK THAT WALK THAT WALK!” ….He should’ve known something when I walked out by myself with purse, phone & keys in hand! Freakin idiot…29 years old & ain’t got $25 to buy his own dinner! #damnshame”.

I totally agree with her and to be honest she didn’t OWE him to take his grown ass anywhere, it wasn’t even a date. HE invited himself!!! (so that means he should have been prepared for whatever came with tagging along). Ladies, lets wisen up, if he tries them hustle moves, grab YOUR keys, grab YOUR to go plate, get in YOUR car, and let Dorrough tell’em “WALK THAT WALK” Get some balls, or be a #DOORMAT and get all stepped on…Your Choice!!!

Creating her legacy by joining the group Crime Mob in 2004. The group’s takeover launched with “Knuck If You Buck,” Which went platinum instantaneously. She moved forward with her own endeavors November 2007. Diamond left her group and 2010, showed us what #HOTLANTA chicks are made of!!! “My Chick Bad,” which was a Ludacris single, along with Trina and Eve reminded us she is no rookie to the game.

Debuting her very own single “Lotta Money” the summer of 2010, heightened the coming out of #TEAMPRETTY leader(@Twitter hashtag she populated); Keeping the fans enticed, she released her single “Buy It All” on BET’s 106 & Park late 2011, and was also nominated for Best Female Hip Hop Artist at the BET Awards of 2011. What an amazing year for her!!!

Rumors of her being on the new season of Love and Hip hop…#SMASHED!!!!…DON’T believe the hype!!! According to @DiamondATL Twitter news, As anticipation builds for her debut album,she told Boombox.com, “I don’t want it to drop no later than third quarter [of 2012]…I’m just gearing up with a lot of different producers. I’m going down to Miami, to start work with The Runners. I have two records with Jim Jonsin. So I’m just transitioning over to that big sound, leaving that old sound behind.”

And ya girl gon’ go HOLLYWOOD!!! She’s doing a movie as well. Diamond has been my breath of new inspiration for wearing all the hats of a real woman holding it down in Hip Hop: keeping her business personal (and out of unnecessary scandal), chasing goals through obstacles and successfully working towards them to execute and pursue. #ATL #SALUTE

“Officially Miss Guided” aka….

OMG Girlz! Say hello to the newest “girls on the block”. American teenage girl group formed by Tameka “Tiny” Harris and Kiesha Miles in 2009. This Atlanta based girl group is on the rise,with stylish fashion sense and positive “independent girl” powered anthems that are comparable to TLC, with their matrixed 3-some formulation and scintillating fashion style and amazing chemistry, WEEEERKKK!.

The group consists of Members Zonnique Pullins, Bahja Rodriguez, Breaunna Womack. Past members included Reginae Carter (Grammy Award winning Lil’ Wayne’s daughter and one of the original members) & Lourdres Rodriguez (her separation from

the group was said to be age related.) So far no dramatics in regards to separation for these lil’ women in media press for their reconstruction.

The OMG Girlz signed a recording deal with Pretty Hustle/Grand Hustle Records with the single release “Gucci this, Gucci that”, have been featured on the “Scream” tour with Mindless Behavior, BET reality show Tiny & Toya, 106 & Park, so forth and so on.

Their iconicly viewed parents must be proud. Even with Lil Miss Reginae Carter(who is no longer a part of the OMG Girlz). How can you not want to attempt to live up to your parents stardom and fame? “Star” has TI and both Tiny to look up to in regards to Hip Hop and Girl group do’s and don’t’s. I can see this group being a new age success, becoming iconic to our now teen ladies coming up.

Based out of Atlanta (Hip Hop Music mecca), equally talented, along with an expanding fan base from tweens up to adults, there isn’t any competition right now between the ages of 13-17.

So it appears that they are ahead. There is alot of talented young artists, but (frowny face….) No girl groups come to mind.

The lyrics for “Gucci this, Gucci that goes as such, “Gucci this, Gucci that, Gucci everything… give me this, give me that, give me everything,” and “What kind of chick you know rocks Gucci from head to toe?”

Despite all their hardworks and efforts to gain as much positive feedback as possible, there are a few “naysayers”when it comes to these pleasantly beautiful young ladies

Well I peeped the video and I loved it. They were dressed APPROPRIATELY for starters…These ladies represent themselves well. Some people’s controversy, in my opinion are simply bank related…(OH!!! you hatin’ on little girls who make more than you do off of a song than you will in a lifetime???…#BEMAD)

How can they be viewed as “materialistic”?? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but these kids aren’t hurting for anything. They can even BUY publicity if it was that important to them. So let’s keep it positive people. Remember they’re working for their “Gucci this, Gucci that” the same way you sit up at your job working for yours! Instead of hatin… Get you some “Gucci this, Gucci that” and don’t be a hater all ya life! Haha

He/She Smashed the Homies…

Urban dictionary “correct definition” is:
When a person in a relationship (open or exclusive) finds out their partner has slept (had sex) with their friend/associate, prior to the relationship’s existence.

You meet someone, y’all vibe, connect and expand on another level, just to find out somebody had a piece of the pie you want to fully consume?! It happens so much, and I did remember briefly “For the Love of Ray J”, the beginning of this “Smash the Homie” pandemonium. He had two instances where two women slept with one of his close friends. .Reality is, there is too much time in the world to build towards getting over who your lover smashed. Why be worried about what happened before you “clocked” your time in with your boo. That’s all it is…a PRIOR technicality, or “foul” in the game of life.It doesn’t mean it’s completely over, it is a small hiccup that requirea you be a grown individual. “IT” happens, get over yourself. If you’re not the Virgin Mary herself, you’re bound to sleep with someone or be with someone through an extension of someone you know, knew or heard of! Real T.

I’m not saying to partake in a big orgy fest and expect it and accept it, but it’s probably common that it’s occurred at least once in a lifetime. Getting to know people and dating are not on my tasks of easy to do’s, but it can be done if there is, men probably handle this better than women. Majority of women tend not to judge you on your past. We trust in our ability to enhance a man through a relationship, or “Upgrade U”. That basically means you don’t need anybody or anything further (she accepted your “smash the homie” and is holding you down, what more do you need?). Most men more than likely will test women until they get to a point where they can trust her, especially if she was the homie smasher.

I don’t believe that who you slept with before who you fell in love with will determine if your relationship will last.You have no control over who you meet and sleep with, and if anybody is at fault, it would be coincidence. I don’t like the idea of conforming to society for their idea of happiness. Live your life… and if you can’t, check out my previous post it gives you insight on how to worry about you.

Seek & U Shall Find (“Snoopy”)

Getting in my Mojo for the day, and I #Google the interview from Love & Hip Hop’s Chrissy Lampkin squashing infidelity rumors about rapper beau Jim Jones. http://www.realitytea.com/tag/chrissy-lampkin/ I truly respect her standpoint of being a woman who is well kept, and trusting her man to keep her house a happy home leaving all the TRASH outside of the door.

Playing “Snoop Doggy Dog” looking through texts and social network seems like it’s a growing epidemic for some partners.I assume your intuition played a part. It’s like a battle between your heart and its emotions VS. your mind (voice of logic and reason). I have to admit though, finding what you DON’T want should only prompt you to figure out what you DESERVE. I can be a #REALB enough to admit I’ve done it! Suspicions felt, justified me snooping, but eh…Once I found what I didn’t want, I bet I didn’t have to do it again.

I asked one of my respected male friends about the topic. Of course that’s a no go, according to him! It’s like taking a piece of a man’s manhood and by the facial expressions expressed after I posed the question, he stated that maybe previous relationship pattern history and trust issues would be a reason for justifying the act of snooping. Suspicions should be shot down by asking for the truth and receiving the truth. If entertaining dishonesty, realize that you’re still being lied to; which follows through with pursuit of the snoop effect—(now you’re looking alll crazy!)

Confrontation should occur if you have taken the liberty to snoop. When I’ve played my role of “Snoop Doggy Dog” I had to basically decide how I wanted to deal with it. State the issue at hand so there is no confusion(this is what I know, this is what I saw, this is what I want to know). I have had the whole “insecure” word thrown out afterwards, but reality is that insecurity would be based off of infidelity. (it doesn’t have to be physical, it can be emotional as well). If it turned to a denial, I left. #KNOWYOURWORTH

If it’s worth repairing, by all means do it…if it’s not KEEP IT MOVIN.

SEX AIN’T BETTER THAN LOVE????

I love that Trey Songz song but, doesn’t Sex coincide with love? What a great round table discussion for me and my girls. Talking to people who are single, married, in relationships and of course, the “in betweeners” (we together, but we ain’t together) makes this topic bigger than my blog, but I tried to narrow it down as best as I can.

My #SEXandtheCitySanAntonio ladies all agree that SEX is needed and wanted by both men or women; but, can everybody handle it when emotions become involved? That’s the posed question. Lust is the physical attraction that builds up to sex; but, some tend to confuse great sex with love. Lust can either grow into love or remain at a standstill.

 Me, I’m a hopeless romantic who loves to be in love and hopes that it never leaves me (when I do find it). Love is like a rubber band. Its elastic, it stretches out (sometimes too thin) but if it’s true, it will always go back to 50/50. Getting to know your partner, yourself and your relationship (whatever status it is) will make the “rubber band” effect of the relationship more balanced. “Tell me what’s real so I know how to deal with you”. Quote #SexandtheCitySanAntonio cause we said dat!

All three have different definitions but in conjunction can make a great relationship foundation. Building a long term relationship, you need all three to balance and grow with your partner. It feels good when you can be with somebody long-term, and they still look at you as if it were the first time they laid eyes on you all over. If two people can still keep the sexual desire for “motion in the ocean”, then rock the boat baby!

If nothing in life is perfect, and everything takes time…I expect to go through a few pains in order to build a foundation that will take a lustful emotion and expand it into a loving relationship.

NOTHING  should ever distract u from being the best that you can in life. Making money, having money, or keeping it afloat as you make it to the next paycheck are essentially keys of balancing life and remaining equally leveled. (relationships, friends, habits, etc should not get in the way of keeping finances available and easily attainable)…This is America, no bill gets paid off of promises, or love…

It seems like happiness is an addiction. Too much of anything can be bad for you, they say everything needs moderation and dosages.

You can sleep TOO much, eat TOO much, think TOO much, love TOO much… (you get the idea)…being drunken off of whatever your addiction of choice is sometimes can impair your judgement.

 Happiness in full force is great, but it too needs moderation.

If you find yourself doing things in excess to keep that momentum and euphoria going…Channel yourself to exercise all of the other emotions and actions of the world before you allow yourself to completely be an idiot to your selfishness.(..if the world’s name was Burger King, then surely everything will be your way, and your way accordingly.)

Think of it like this, if we were allowed to feel completely how we wanted to with no rammifications other than our happiness in this world, you might as well tell me that you’re GOD….HE’s the only one who has that capability.

In the words of my dear friend in one of our “Sex in the City-San Antonio” moments:
